A little sentimental, but lazy, Valentine's day. There's a lot of love out there, it's our job to tap into it... chocolate, flowers, cards, fancy panties - whatever get's you going. Just get going! Everyday, everyone. Love isn't always the physical stuff, either. It's taking care of each other and being there for your people, right? Ever since the begining, to keep the world spinning, it takes all kinds of kinds. - Miranda Lambert (more about her soon!)

Old Loves

My new guilty pleasure is a Tumblr blog called Old Loves. Why is this so thrilling? I love the dated photos, the historical record of lovers, the sheer numbers of GF/BF's an individual can have?! Oh, an a video that I hope to reenact at some point today. (Ryan Gosling - where did he come from? Another post for another day).

Whoops, I forgot...

...about the blog! Not kidding. Fear not, I'm back for now. Here we go!

Can't wait to see the Marilyn movie: My week with Marilyn.

autumn, i love you

We took off for the country a few weeks ago and had a beautiful time. Apples, pumpkins, leaves, horses and a few other surprises. Can you see the little cat peeing out from behind the wood pile? Thanks, Autumn.

Marathon #7

When I decided to run my first marathon, ten years ago - I never imagined there would be a second - much less SEVEN. I have fallen in love with the marathon - no doubt there will be more! Here are a few shots of last weekends thon. It was a beautiful day, a tough run, and I would do it again tomorrow if I wasn't so $^&# sore. Hats off to marathoners everywhere, it takes a certain person to love that stuff.
