this weeks cake: peanut butter and jelly chocolate. sounds disturbing, I know. BUT... it is a very rich, dark chocolate cake, with a touch of peanut butter in the icing (makes the icing nice and creamy) and a thin layer of rasberry jam between the layers. this combo is a BW original.

I've decided to bake a cake every Friday. It just fits right in with the weekend and the marathon training schedule, ha. Also... I do have some free time on my hands. One thing I want to be god at in life, is baking cakes. This recipe is from my cake guru, Ranny Corbin. She makes the best bundt cakes I have ever tasted, no lie. As a wedding gift, she passed along her recipes. I'd share em, but this is the stuff legends are made of, so, sorry.
